This is the pattern I'm using. Cute, huh?
...my Easter blouse
...and this is the new fabric--picture it with short sleeves. I really liked the fabric in the store, but now I'm not so sure AND it's not like a regular blouse that I could take back for an exchange. Just tell me you love it so I can stop obsessing about it will ya??
To top everything off, the weather is gorgeous and I can finally go walking with Sophie and work in the yard a little bit this week. It makes me so happy!
How could things get any better...I have a sewing project AND I can go outside!! It's the little things in life, isn't it?

Look at you being a little seamstress, I love that you are making yourself a shirt, so cute! I am with you on the good weather! It is so nice to be able to spend time outside!
You blog?! And Sew!? This day just keeps getting better! I love your shirt you made, so stinkin cute! The best part is no one will have one like it!
I really like the new fabric Andrea! Very cute! And I am still impressed you can sew. Love the shirt and love that you spent your grocery money on more fabric. Who needs to eat, right?
I have really gotten into sewing lately and I wished we lived closer so that we could sew together and you could teach me all the tricks! I really do like the fabric you got for the new blouse, it just fits you perfectly.
The new blouse looked sooo cute on easter. The new fabric will be perfect!
Since when the heck did you become Laura Ingalls? AND now you also keep a budget? Who are you and what have you done to Andrea?
Serious. I'm more than impressed. Those shirts are darling and I love, LOVE the fabric. Can't wait to see the after pics.
