Don't Ya Just Love Fall????

I love fall. We went for a drive yesterday up East Canyon and the colors were gorgeous! We got out of the car a few times to enjoy the crisp breeze, the kids threw some rocks and everyone had a great time. We ran into a friend of Bill's who he worked with at Siemens and he hadn't seen Jake and Abby since they were one! Needless to say he and his family were surprised at how big they are and they were also surprised at our new little addition, Sophie (I love showing them off)!
I made some pumpkin chocolate chip cookies this weekend--nothing says fall like those, went to a U of U football game, and watched my Broncos beat the Raiders (nothing better than beating the Raiders!) I love the smells, colors and activities of fall--it makes me want the weather to get cooler and Halloween and Thanksgiving to come! Can't wait for the storm and cooler weather this week!

Jake and Abby are so big! How long ago was that when we were their primary teachers?

You and Jamie just said the same thing - love that you're both anxious for the cold, stormy weather. We drove East Canyon last week. It's so gorgeous - even though the leaves hadn't changed much then - still so pretty. Fun to chat with your cute self yesterday. I'm dying to see the paint project post.

Fall is so beautiful in Utah. We are not quite there yet. We took pizza to the beach last night and played games. It's getting cooler:)
